Background #

Please read these Terms before you buy or download one of our digital products.

Pure Purpose Pty Ltd (ACN 625 555 884, ABN 73 625 555 884), trading as Tracy Harris, supplies our digital products and free downloads and is referred to in these Terms as "we", "us" or "our".

These terms ("Terms") apply to one-off digital products you buy from us, such as Story Scripts That Sell, and to free downloads you get from us, such as the Instagram Stories Strategy Pack. These Terms form the agreement between us and the purchaser or download recipient identified at checkout or on the sign-up form ("you" or "your"). If a company or other legal entity is the purchaser or recipient, enter its full legal name in the name field or email it to hello@mumswithhustle.com with your order details. That entity is the contracting party, and the individual accepting these Terms confirms they are authorised to act for it. A sole trader contracts in their own legal name. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to buy.

We make these Terms available for you to read and keep before you submit an order or request a download. Your paid order is accepted when we confirm it by email or provide access, whichever happens first. We keep a record of the applicable Terms and your acceptance and will provide it on request.

These Terms do not apply to our mentorships, memberships, masterminds, retreats or other programs. Those have their own terms.

What you are buying #

1.1 A digital product is a one-off purchase of digital content, for example scripts, templates, planners, guides, prompts and the web page or files we deliver them through. What each product includes is described on its sales or offer page and at checkout.

1.2 There is no subscription. You pay once, and nothing renews or charges again.

1.3 We may improve or correct a product after you buy it, for example by fixing an error, updating an example or adding material. We will not remove a main part of what was described when you bought it, unless the law requires it. If we do, clause 6 applies.

Price and payment #

2.1 The price is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any GST that applies.

2.2 You are charged once, in full, when you place your order.

2.3 Payments are handled through the checkout and payment provider identified when you place your order. We handle personal information connected with your purchase as described in clause 9.

2.4 We sometimes offer a product for less than its usual price, through a coupon, a special offer page or a sale. The lower price applies only to the order it is used on. A coupon has no cash value and ends at the time shown with it, if one is shown. Paying a price that is later offered lower does not by itself give you a right to a refund of the difference.

2.5 If your card is not in Australian dollars, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees. Those fees are set by your bank, not by us.

2.6 If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at hello@mumswithhustle.com so we can try to fix it quickly. This does not apply to a charge you believe is unauthorised or fraudulent, and it does not stop you contacting your bank or payment provider within their deadlines.

Access and delivery #

3.1 Once payment is confirmed, your confirmation page provides an access link and we send access instructions to the email address you entered at checkout. If either is missing or does not work, contact us under clause 3.3.

3.2 Please keep that email. It is your record of purchase and your way back to the product.

3.3 If the email has not arrived within an hour, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders. If it is still not there, email hello@mumswithhustle.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we will send your access again.

3.4 We will provide the online access described when you buy for at least twelve (12) months after your purchase, or for any longer period expressly promised on the sales or offer page or at checkout. If we plan to end that access after the promised period, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' written notice under clause 11.2. You may keep and continue using copies you lawfully downloaded, subject to clause 4. Ending online access does not limit your rights under clause 6.

3.5 You need a device and internet connection that can open a web page and the files we provide. Some features, such as details you type into a product page, are saved only in your own browser, so they may not appear on another device or after you clear your browser data.

Your licence #

4.1 We or our licensors own the products and everything in them. When you buy a product, or get a free download, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business.

4.2 You may:

(a) read, download, print and keep copies for your own use;

(b) adapt the scripts, templates and examples into your own words, and post the content you create from them on your own social media and in your own marketing; and

(c) let a team member or contractor who helps run your business use the product for your business only.

4.3 Except as expressly permitted by clause 4.2 or 4.4, you must not:

(a) sell, share, give away or republish the product, or any part of it, including your access link or files;

(b) supply the product, or a copied or closely adapted version of its reusable scripts, templates, prompts or teaching material, as a resource in your own courses, programs, memberships, communities, downloads or client deliverables without our written permission. This does not prevent you publishing marketing content for your own business that you create using the product as permitted by clause 4.2; or

(c) remove our name or copyright notices from the product.

4.4 AI tools. Some products include a prompt or skill for an artificial intelligence tool, such as the Story Script Writer for ChatGPT and Claude. It is for your own use. You may use it in your own account with, or your own installation of, an AI tool to create content for your own business. You must not share, sell or publish the prompt or skill, or build it into a custom GPT, app, tool or service that other people can use, or add it to a shared knowledge base or a dataset used to train an AI model. Use by a team member or contractor as permitted by clause 4.2(c) is also allowed under this clause.

4.5 AI tools are run by their own providers under their own terms. Please check what an AI tool writes for you before you post it. You are responsible for the content you publish.

4.6 Nothing in these Terms stops you using general skills and knowledge you learn from a product, or work you create independently that does not copy our material.

4.7 We may end your licence for a material breach of clause 4.3 or 4.4. We will explain the breach in writing and, if it can be remedied, give you a reasonable period of at least seven (7) days after you receive our notice to remedy it. We may end the licence immediately only for a serious breach that cannot reasonably be remedied. While investigating or resolving a breach, we may restrict access only to the extent reasonably necessary to protect our intellectual property, and will explain our reasons and restore access when the grounds for restriction no longer exist. A minor or technical breach alone does not justify ending your licence. We will not withhold a refund or other remedy required by clause 6 or applicable law.

Free downloads #

5.1 Free downloads are given free of charge, and no purchase is needed. The licence in clause 4 applies to them in the same way.

5.2 We use the email address you provide to deliver your free download. We send marketing emails only with your consent. Where we ask for marketing consent, the sign-up form explains what you are agreeing to. You may withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing hello@mumswithhustle.com. We will action your request within five (5) working days. Unsubscribing does not cancel your licence to a download you have already received.

Refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law #

6.1 Change of mind. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once you have accessed a digital product. This policy does not affect a refund, cancellation, compensation or other remedy available under clause 6 or applicable law.

6.2 Your rights under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where we supply services, the Australian Consumer Law also protects those services. For a major service failure, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part, or compensation for its reduced value. For a service failure that is not major, you may require us to put it right within a reasonable time. If we do not, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part. Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage may also be available.

6.3 If a product is faulty, does not match its description or does not work as promised, please email hello@mumswithhustle.com and describe the problem. We will assess it and provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, that choice is yours. This procedure does not restrict any other way you may exercise your legal rights.

6.4 Refunds are paid to your original payment method where we can, or another way we agree with you.

6.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed. This clause applies to every other clause of these Terms.

6.6 If you live outside Australia, your local consumer law may give you additional rights, and nothing in these Terms takes them away. Where your local law gives you a right to cancel a digital content purchase within a cooling-off period, by asking us to deliver the product straight away you agree that we may begin supplying it immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent your law allows, you lose that cancellation right once supply begins.

No guarantee of results #

7.1 Our products are education and practical tools. Your results depend on your own effort, your offer, your audience, your market and how you use them.

7.2 We do not promise any particular income, number of leads, sales or other result. Results described in testimonials and examples are individual experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve the same result.

7.3 Our products are general business education. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

7.4 This clause does not limit clause 6, or our responsibility for anything we actually say to you about a product.

Liability #

8.1 Each party remains responsible for loss or damage for which it is liable under applicable law. Any compensation takes account of the extent to which each party caused or contributed to the loss and any legal duty to take reasonable steps to reduce it.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits a refund we must provide, your rights under clause 6, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy #

9.1 We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy at https://tracyharris.co/privacy-policy/. For questions, access or correction requests, or privacy complaints, email hello@mumswithhustle.com. Before collecting personal information, we provide any collection notice required by applicable law. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide consent to marketing emails.

Changes to these terms #

10.1 We may publish a new version of these Terms for future purchases and downloads. Each version has its own version number, date and permanent web address.

10.2 The version made available to you when you buy a product or request a free download applies to that purchase or download. We will not change those Terms unless you agree or the law requires it.

Contact, complaints and disputes #

11.1 If something is not right, please email hello@mumswithhustle.com first. Tell us your name, the email you used, the product and what has gone wrong. We will reply and work with you in good faith to sort it out.

11.2 Notices must be in writing. Notices to us may be sent to hello@mumswithhustle.com, and notices to you will be sent to the email address you gave us. Either party may update its address by notice. An email is received when it can be retrieved at the nominated address, provided it has not been rejected or returned as undeliverable. We will not treat a notice as received if we know delivery failed, and will take reasonable steps to contact you another way. Unless stated otherwise, days are calendar days and dates and times use Sydney time.

11.3 Nothing in this clause stops you making a complaint to a regulator, such as your state or territory fair trading office or the ACCC, or applying to a court or tribunal.

Governing law #

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to clause 6 and any law that requires otherwise, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, the federal courts sitting in New South Wales, and the courts that hear appeals from them. This does not prevent an application to a tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law, or a complaint to a regulator.

General #

13.1 These Terms, together with the product description on the sales or offer page and at checkout or sign-up when you obtain it, form the agreement for that product or download. A specific promise in that description about an inclusion, access period or benefit prevails over an inconsistent general provision in these Terms. This clause does not exclude liability for misleading or deceptive conduct or remove any right or remedy under applicable law.

13.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest continues to apply.

13.3 If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.

13.4 These Terms are version 1.0, effective 21 October 2026, and apply to purchases and downloads made while this version is the one made available to you. Their full version id is "Digital Products Terms v1.0, 21 October 2026". We keep a copy of every version and will give you a copy of the one that applies to you on request.
